I think the other way. Someone who’s on the fence about becoming a leader, sees a guy ask a legitimate question, and sees how his life is turned inside out, upside down, backwards, forwards.. The balance is tilted, the die is cast.

Well, that too. On the other hand, a leader who’s put off by the fact that the world’s not fair isn’t likely to be a very gung-ho leader in the first place, right?
