No, there are several. All major cities in Nebraska have at least one abortion clinic, and while there are few in the sparsely populated rural areas, abortions are performed there as part of GP, rather than in specialized facilities. Hospitals offer them, as well.

The population of the entire state is roughly 1.7 million. While it’s true that those in rural areas may have to travel significant distances to obtain an abortion, they likewise have to travel significant distances to obtain any sort of medical care. Or to buy groceries. Or large screen televisions.

Of course from what I recall there are are only two (used to be three but then Scott Roder came along) clinics in America where you can get late term abortions for the sake of the the health of the mother or because the fetus is no longer viable….
