Palestinians don’t have the power to do such a thing. Israel does however, have the power to push the Arabs completely out of Jerusalem and the West Bank.

And right now, the evictions are pretty much getting rid of the Arabs in Jerusalem.

Right now, the web of settlements will prevent any sort of Palestinian state.
