He’s donating it and that will likely constitute a charitable deduction. Trump makes money from every trip to a Trump property because of the way they bill all those trips to the government. Trump tower is billing the USSS for space. Same at the Trump hotels, etc. and ultimately all that money flows back to Trump.

Each and every one of those constitutes an emoluments violation too.
