I’ll just say that Graham kissing Trump’s ass is the inevitable consequence of Trump being more popular with S.C. GOP voters than Graham is; no blackmail needed.

That may be true, but a long while ago, a lizard posted a tweet from someone claiming that Graham was held in check because of very devastating information that Trump had on him.
