I HATE this time of year. It just magnifies the dysfunctional family crap and people expect you to be all red and green and goldy and perfectly cheerful every. fucking. minute. And if you’re not, well, then you can just go away and shut up. Because you HAVE TO BE HAPPY or else you’re defective.
