I read the Trump quote in question and there exists enough “wiggle room” for supporters to claim that he was referring to MS-13 and not immigrants in general.

But that is not the point.

It is not going to change anybody’s mind either way, regardless of what he says. In fact, the more outrageous and bigoted things he says, the more his fans will support him.

And others will simply take it in stride, convincing themselves it is all just his style and that the other alternatives are just as bad in their own way.

And again, it is distracting us from all the other damage he and his people are doing to our economy, our environment, our society and our international diplomatic and military standing.

No offense, but I’m old enough to remember when the Stormy Daniels NDA was “just a distraction.”
