It makes no difference if SJL is Teh Stupid or if she is a Nobel-Prize winning scientist. None of the comments about her make any reference to her intelligence or lack of it or stupid/smart things she has said and done. They are all about her RACE.

The point llh is apparently making is that because she is Black, SJL gets some kind of unfair pass on stupidity.

Poor, put-upon Prick Perry never would because he’s white.
