Mmmm. I got myself up to Guadosalam and then realised that I’d forgotten to hit a Basilisk with Lancet, so I’m considering going back to my last existing pre-Moonflow save to get Stone Breath for Khimari.
2 unfortunate things there, though: first, my last save is from just before leaving the Mi’hen Highroad for the first time. Second, one of my random drops in the section of playthrough I’d abandon is a TKO (Blitzball with Stonetouch) with a spare slot. Not sure I’d get another one of those out of this.

IIRC, Stone Breath is not something that can be permanently missed. If so, no real need to backtrack.
