Well, given my well-known cynicism about humanity, I bet many of our fellow Americans just don’t care. And I wonder how of those who do care actually get the facts, versus the hype?

I know people who are quite fine with others dying because they can’t afford healthcare. They just don’t care.

I know other people who do seem to be concerned about their fellow human, but are so caught up in the baby-Jesus-hates-abortion scene that they can’t seem to grasp that letting people die simply due to lack of health care is itself morally worse.
