TN has a population of about 7 million.
That means 1 in 7, or about 14.2% of the people in that state have had COVID. I am aware out of state cases they treat and one person getting infected more than once do factor in to the numbers, but still.
Also bear in mind the actual infection rate is probably MUCH higher because of all the non-reported/misreported cases.
