If the answer to that is yes, then the governor can fuck right off… if the answer is no… then we’ll see you in the Supreme Court.

A Supreme Court which is on record as stating that the Constitution means what it meant in the 1700’s - which means that the tribes would be relegated to “a nuisance to be hunted down and massacred”.
