I don’t think this will be the death knell for this law. At best, it will return the bill to the legislature. Something to look out is what effect will the recall efforts affect the Republican legislators (we know they are on the losing side of the recall efforts). If the court battle drags long enough, I expect the recall to have a strong effect.
