I could use a full-sized digital camera.

I finally went digital this Christmas - micro 4/3s. I got the 12mp Olympus E-PL1 with kit lens (14-42 (28-84 35mm equivalent)/slow to slower) but I can get adaptors for all of my old glass as well. Nikon Pre-AI, Canon FD, Leica TM - they will all work on it and that finally made going digital even part time worth it for me. Still can’t replace the 4x5 though ;)
