Why didn’t George Bush give a speech at the RNC?

“We don’t know that name.” Seriously, this is how good Clinton’s speech was. He mentioned both Bushes and mentioned the work they’ve done with him outside of office and that was able to elicit applause. Really makes the Republicans who constantly harp about blaming Bush while of course at the same time talking about Jimmy Carter non stop look really silly.
