Grammy and Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson says she no longer considers herself a Chicagoan.

“I don’t live in Chicago anymore,” the singer told Entertainment Weekly.

Hudson, who grew up in Chicago, says she’s not sure where she’ll call home after her tour ends in May. Her fiance, David Otunga, has been training as a wrestler in Tampa, Fla.

Hudson told the magazine toward the end of a lengthy interview that she’s selling a condo she bought on the Magnificent Mile to be near her family. That was after her breakout success in “Dreamgirls” — but before her mother, brother and nephew were shot to death.

I understand Jennifer. I am a Chicago native. Had a rough time here growing up. I left at 19, came back at 38. I consider myself a New Yorker actually. My brother feels the same way and he has lived in Europe for 20 years. Chicago needs to get its shit together and stop the violence.
I have mixed feelings about the Olympics coming here.
