If it were a singular moment in the proceedings, I might agree that he was giving the prosecutors a hard time for a honest mistake.

But this is a man who gave these same prosecutors the third degree weeks ago because of his personal opinions about the appointment of their boss and the authority he was granted, chewed out the prosecutors the other day for not moving the trial along fast enough, and the day before this incident made a prejudicial remark towards a prosecution witness while the jury was in the room. And I should also point out that he only chastised the defense once…for not objecting to a question from the prosecutor faster.
