In the same way, Southern states have perhaps learned a lot from this. Yes, please feel free to use whatever design you think most appropriately represents your state to the outside world. And in the interests of Federalism (I think you’ve heard of that), no, I don’t think the federal government should make you change it at all. Just don’t be surprised when the market (I think you’ve heard of that, too) decides not to support you for your choice. Just sayin’.
