Yes, I never quite understood that. In one court session I had to attend (we were waiting for the jury selection to begin), the judge reamed the defendant for showing up in shorts and a T-shirt. I could not believe that folks would dress like that for a court date!

Can’t understand what goes on in people’s heads … , could it be they just don’t know better?
