Hey there LH, if you don’t mind me asking what rate did you lock in at? I’m in the process of refinancing to pay off debt and they are throwing out a figure of 4.75 right now. Surprisingly (to me anyway) this is from my insurance carrier State Farm who I had no idea underwrote home loans.
