I was going with a more urban dictionary type of definition, not the traditional dunce, stupid one. It can be used for ignorance, failure to change, stubbornness etc.

That’s your right, but remember that with most words I may well not be aware of the “urban dictionary type of definition” or I might oppose it, as I don’t like the shifting of words much.
