I’m all for it. This is nuts. I pay my mortgage on time, faithfully, every month, and get screwed out of refinancing it to a lower rate. Then these freaking deadbeats who bought too much house for their wallet stop paying on their mortgages and get aid.

Tell me again why the fuck I bother paying my mortgage?
