Semi-serious question…Why is Chutch still jacking around trying to get re-hired by CU? It’s a publicly-funded university that wants no part of that shit-storm. He should just head east…Some private boho liberal arts school would take him on in a split-second for heap big wampum. Faculty diversity & whatnot.

He may have counted on a win, and figured he could wait.
Its also possible, that no one wants him because they know if they are forced to fire him, they will be forced to defend it in court.
Of course I am purely speculating here, but this imbecile truly believes he has a right to a job even if he proves himself appallingly incompetent.
