O’Reilly raised anger against Tiller and vilified him, but at no time did he advocate harming the man. Incitement is a hard crime to charge, and nothing Bill O’Reilly has done could justify the charge.

You don’t think calling someone a “baby killer” repeatedly for years on national TV is a reckless act that might promote violence?

And then there’s this: “If only I could get my hands on Tiller…”
