What about the death penalty? It’s on the books in Arizona and is still being executed. I don’t think they are handing those out for the legally insane, do they?

I’m not sure abut AZ but in Texas they’ll execute people who are technically retarded. I think there are ways around this stuff. I kinda doubt they’ll go for the death penalty for him.
