Back during the IS scare, a man I know swore to me that his friend who lived in TX had SEEN with his OWN EYES that Obama had a huge IS recruiting and training facility. I am sure the Republican Governor of TX was just too blind to see that all going on under his nose.

Well, that was Rick Perry.
