There is clearly a flaw in the “Spam Risk” routine; calls from my dentist’s office are routinely so flagged.

My phone has a call screening feature.

Phone rings, push button, phone asks caller to state name and reason for call, spam hangs up, real calls talk. Very handy for unrecognized numbers.
