No, I meant diplomatic immunity in the DR (being a papal envoy). How long did this go on? Was it suppressed by the DR? Surely all those boys didn’t keep quiet…

If this guy is old and ill, there are probably a lot of kids out there who have suffered needlessly because a blind eye was turned on this guy.
