Yep, Chuck and his hapless lawyer apparently missed the Dec. 14 deadline for responding to Gawker. Are they actually going to just try to walk away from their own lawsuit?

I’ll put my conspiracy theory hat on: He’s going to claim his “disappearance” is the reason why he missed the deadline, i.e., medical emergency, family crisis, etc.
