That’s a vice I’m glad I haven’t picked up. While teen cigarette smoking is down, vaping among teens is up.

Vaping is almost certainly safer than smoking for the simple reason that pretty much everything on earth is safer than smoking. There is a legitimate harm reduction argument to be made in favor of giving smokers this option.

Having said that, the very limited regulatory oversight seems destined to lead to more corpses.

This was true as of a few years ago. Now, not so much.
