I would contact a lawyer, quickly. You need to jump on this, and get it fixed. It sounds like either someone is using your SSN, or it’s a typo, and a mistake. Either way, YOU will be the one who gets penalized, so YOU need to be the one to get it fixed. A police report is a start.
