I didn’t read you earlier post. But, that would seem to explain it…(although that then leaves lots of questions about the “grandmother” and the mother of the octuplets — how, exactly are those 2 related, if at all? given that “in reality” we have 2 wives here…)

There is no grandmother and no grandfather. There is a husband, a number one wife (probably infertile, which may explain the crazy decision to do an IVF after already having six children) and a NUMBER TWO WIFE/MOTHER OF THE FOURTEEN CHILDREN).
