My mother always told me that the first person in the household to write out the date in a new year will rule the household for the next year.

It’s one of those wives tales that makes sense: the person most likely to have a need to write the date is also likely the one that handles the household bills and other business dealings.

At LGF, it’s probably all us that posted on the site last night first. It did feel strange to type 2009…ewww I just did it again!
