Good qualities - Hair. Executive experience.

Bad qualities - Perry is an abject theocrat. Texas’ economic miracle is based entirely on government jobs. He is anti science and plans to gut the EPA. He’s a secessionist. He threatened the Fed chairman. He’s presided over the execution of an innocent man.
