OK, so here is a story from the Sanford Herald about a man who was arrested for killing a guy he had been drinking with. Deputies arrest Geneva man for homicide

Witnesses said the two men were drinking for several hours at 1098 Settler’s Loop in Geneva when they had some type of disagreement. Seminole County officials said that’s when John W. Rogers retrieved a rifle from his bedroom, returned back to the living room, and shot James T. DeWitt, 34, of Geneva, at close range, killing him.

Deputies responded to the residence shortly after 4 p.m. and arrested and charged Rogers with murder.
