Could the normal aging process have been worse than this?

I don’t put much stock in articles that talk about subjective things like physical attractiveness, but I have actually wondered, in the back of my mind, if the stress of being a crazy person might put undue wear and tear on someone’s physical features. It stands to reason that overworking the brain in fever dreams might reduce the body’s capacity to maintain itself.
