I sauteed the garlic and onion in oil, then I added the spinach and beans, and mixed in the sliced cherry tomatoes just before I dumped it all into the pasta. Those tomatoes just burst open when put into my mouth.

I roast cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper and garlic oil. Throw on some fresh herbs and serve. Great side dish and I always have cherry tomatoes on hand.
