Okay no criminal wrongdoing. So are we to now think there was never anything at all to the appearances of improprieties in the video? Nothing at all? Or was it just not quite up to criminal levels?

Maybe we should actually see the entire tape - something I’ve wanted the filmers to release since the day this story broke - before deciding what it shows.
