I understand he was accepting invitations to Church services from members of his State, and usually did combine them with other business in the area. I’ve got no idea of the relevant Louisiana laws on this one, so will withhold judgment on that.

On the other hand, what a wonderful change in GOP scandals. A Republican governor accused of using state resources to attend Church!
