I think it’s in bad taste too. But bad taste is pretty much how advertising goes, most of the time. So it’s not like “Holy crap, advertisers are deviating from their normal lyric poetry and sober presentations of scientific data!”

Allahpundit’s ‘point’, if it can even be called that, is that Muslim extremists exist and some of them are killers. That’s hardly news. I really didn’t think there was a competition between Catholics and Al Queda going on in terms of who was more reasonable.
