Hah. Units of measurement are arbitrary.

I love the USA for continuing to flip the duodecimal bird to the rest of the world.

And I’m damned upset I never got to put all my English novel-reading into practice before they fucked up the money.

Well the english system is quaint to be sure, but honestly metric is much easier for doing science in.

I just don’t want to think about feet and pounds and such having to go to inches and ounces when I calculate things like energy.
