The problem is that that interview with Biden was on the Charlie Rose show. You can Google it. I found the video this morning. Rose asks him many questions, also about the gulf. It’s a long video and I didn’t have time to watch it all.

Biden could speak about this, and that’s fine, but it really should have come from either Obama or Hillary AND it should have been done in the form of an address to the nation. Because people aren’t really hearing about it.
