Back on Citizens’ Councils, note that there is a range of groups calling themselves “Concerned Citizens’ Councils”. Some seem to be quite innocent ad-hoc efforts, some are a variety of bad actors (e.g. anti-Native American fishing rights), and some are variants of the racists featured here. Gotta keep the nuts sorted.
