I saw a news report about that earlier today, and the friends of the woman say that the woman actually suffered a miscarriage, and did not have an abortion whatsoever.

As if the guy wasn’t enough of a piece of work… a judge has already ruled that the billboard should come down. The guy claims that he’s got a free speech right to post the billboard, and cites to the Westboro decision at the US Sup. Ct., but that’s a gross misreading seeing that the Supreme Court limited that decision to only the Westboro situation at issue.

As I recall when I first read about this, the guy started a foundation (membership of one) that was named after the woman in question. So the billboard did include the woman’s name.
