I’ve been catching up on the threads and saw the discussion about CCJ disavowing that address on the C&D letter he posted online.

He says he saw the process server, with a gun, drop the documents by his front door. Also, he called the police.

The address on the letter is Siena Lane, and it is marked “via in-person service.” So, the process server clearly knew where to go. Also, clearly CCJ received the documents.

Now, CCJ claims he is no longer at that address, and has blurred the address on the posted letter to protect the current residents.

So, how did he happen to be at the Siena address just as the process server arrived? If he wasn’t living at the Siena address, how was he served the papers? Is he perhaps describing the incident from his new address?

Incidentally, the Siena property is a rental, so it is possible the current residents and/or landlord referred the server to the correct address, This new address, however, is not attached to any public records associated with CCJ or Got News.
