I also.. But during all the Holidays globally all of us go on the on call list. We try to help out various IT support functions. All the overflow goes to us. It can get really crazy. The phone may ring with a router issue somewhere in China at 3am. Or a password that doesn’t work in Oracle.
I make coffee and get out my list of folks I know to call to fix it.. End up doing all the paperwork on line at 5am and planning breakfast.
