The “Palestinians” have a state. It’s called “Jordan,” and is made up of the lion’s share of the old Palestine Mandate.

Currently, the “Palestinians” (an Arab subgroup invented in 1964) define themselves, every man, woman and child, as “refugees,” which means that they define themselves as perpetually waiting to relocate somewhere other than where they currently reside. If they want a “right of return,” let them go to Jordan.

“Palestinian” is an adjective, not a noun. The complete phrase is “Palestinian Arab,” i.e. those Arabs who had settled in the British Palestine Mandate.

What happened in 1964 was that they consciously dropped the “Arab” from the name and made “Palestinian” into a noun. This was done in order to make the world forget that these people after all are Arabs, and that their ancestral homeland is Arabia, not Judea and Samaria or anywhere else in the Holy Land.
