And the fact that you quibbled marks how you don’t understand how theory relates to experiment or what theory is.
Bullets are pretty aerodynamic. Air resistance is of course important for ballistics, but the effect is second order.
If you include air resistance, the bullet slows down. That would make its impact less bad. In the context of Cantor’s lies, that also adds to why the impact on his window was just a graze.
