That will be in January 2012 when Scooter hits 365 days in office and petitions can legally circulate. It will be interesting to see what happens then. And I believe that will be determined by what happens in these earlier recalls.

If the State Senate flips and is a road block to his further goals, I think he’ll palin out like the moral coward that he is. Even if he doesn’t quit, I doubt people will bother with recalling him since he’ll be unable to advance anything.

OTOH, if things play out with a smaller but still Republican majority, I would be willing to bet on a recall effort that would be just barely less, shall we say, intense than the one started recently in Benghazi :O_o: ?
