People have different metabolisms and process food differently. Ludwig did not believe this simple fact.

Doesn’t change the simple fact that obesity and cigarette smoking are two biggest risk factors for chronic diseases in the US. There is no safe level of smoking. There is no safe level of obesity. Simple facts.
